The disruption was due to some regional network instability within our ISP's infrastructure — specifically affecting the modem and routing systems managing the region where our servers are located. Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused to our users and have taken this incident as an opportunity to further strengthen our infrastructure.
