Dear Customers,
On November 11, 2025, at approximately 12:46 AM IST, our IN-04 node and other services experienced an unexpected network outage lasting 4 hours and 28 minutes. After immediate investigation (initiated within minutes of the downtime), we confirmed that the issue originated from our Internet Service Provider. The disruption was due to some regional network instability within our ISP's infrastructure — specifically affecting the modem and routing systems managing the region where our servers are located.
We wanted to clarify that this downtime was entirely beyond our control and not a result of any mishandling, maintenance failure, or internal system fault on our part. Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused to our users and have taken this incident as an opportunity to further strengthen our infrastructure.
What We’ve Improved:
Following the outage, we have implemented a major network upgrade:
- Bandwidth capacity increased from 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps.
- Enhanced network stability and load management across all connected systems.
What This Means for You:
Based on our internal testing and analysis:
- Clients should now experience 20%–30% lower latency (ping/ms).
- Network stability is also improved, particularly during high-traffic periods.
While bandwidth doesn’t change the physical distance between client and server, higher throughput ensures faster data transmission, smoother routing, and less congestion, resulting in noticeably better performance. We apologize for the inconvenience this downtime caused. Your trust is our priority, and we’re committed to maintaining uptime, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.
